My name is Stephen Flores, I am 13 years old and Victory Taekwondo Center is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. It has taught me self confidence, Fighting Spirit, Modesty, Obedience, Perseverance, and Etiquette. Since taking Taekwondo, I have became more disciplined amd more focused in school. Victory Taekwondo Center also teaches you self defense, and how to react to bully. I would like to thank our Chief Instructor, Mr. Ramil Abratique for all of the hard work and effort he has done. He really cares about his students, and wants all of his students to succeed, and achieve their goals. Victory Taekwondo Center is a great way to get in shape physically and mentally.

I like Victory Taekwondo Center because it’s a good sport and its also fun. Last week I took a test. I got to do my forms and break a board. I think I did pretty good. It was fun to do the test. Victory Taekwondo Center has helped me to improve with my balance, coordination and breathing.. The kicks that I’ve learned are: Stretch kick, Front kick, In-out kick, Out-in kick, 45 kick and side kick.

Jacqueline talks about respect and achieving her goals

The reason I got to Victory Taekwondo Center is so I can learn how to kick , punch and block. I go to Taekwondo so that I can be more focused and more respectful. When I focus it helps me a lot on what I’m doing in Victory Taekwondo Center and at school. I like to respect others Mr. Abratique said to respect others the way you want to be respected. My parents want me to respect my elders and kids. Another reason I go to Taekwondo is so I can learn self defense and my parent and I think its good. The last reason why I take Taekwondo is so I can reach my goal of becoming a blackbelt. It might take more than two years but if I do my best, I can make it. At  Victory Taekwondo Center, I think I’ve learned to do my best in everything that I do. Thanks to Mr. Abratique

Brian on goal setting and being loyal to Victory Taekwondo Center

I went to Victory Taekwondo Center because I want to learn Taekwondo kicks and forms. Another reason is because some people I know say Victory Taekwondo Center is the best. One of my friends say they go to Taekwondo and say that Mr. Abratique is the best kicker in the world. He is very nice and funny too! He is flexible, in one picture you see him flying and break a board. I respect M. Abratique, my teachers and elders. And my goal is to improve and become blackbelt.
